See how you score against the best the world has to offer in Long Jump, Javelin or Pole Vault. Choose Practice Mode to prepare for each event. Choose Competition Mode to receive points and see how you score against the best the world has to offer in all 3 events.

Running - Control the speed of your runner by repeatedly tapping your space bar. Keeping the Speed Meter in the Green Zone will give your athlete the power they need to break records! Be sure not to cross the foul line.

Long Jump - Tap your Space Bar to speed down the track, when you reach the foul line release the space bar then click your Up Arrow Key to set your jump angle. Release your Up Arrow Key when the needle is in the green area for the maximum jump angle. Be careful - run too far and you will scratch or jump too soon and you will not get very far.

Javelin - Tap your Space Bar to run down the track, when ou reach the foul line release the space bar then click your Up Arrow Key to set the angle of your throw. Release your Up Arrow Key when the needle in the green area for the maximum throwing angle. Be careful - run too far and you will scratch.

Pole Vault - Choose the height you are attempting to jump. Tap your Space Bar to run down the track, when you reach the foul line release the space bar then click your Up Arrow Key to set the pole in the white area. Hit the mark to get the best vault, miss your mark and end up in the mat.

Scoring - You receive points in Competition Mode only. Your score is a combination of your distance in Long Jump, the distance in Javelin and yopur jump height in Pole Vault. Score bonus points in Pole Vault by successfully attempting greater heights.
